UNIQUE Exchange supports more than 10 trading pairs. In order to navigate such a variety easily, we recommend you use the Markets section.

The market overview contains a list of all trading pairs presented on UNIQUE Exchange. It helps you stay on track with all events including price, volume, changing markets and more. This section is updated in real time.

Please note that some trading pairs might not be available to customers who are not verified. In order to gain full access to all features of our website, please go to settings and complete the verification process by choosing to upgrade your profile as a client or as a company.

UNIQUE Exchange offers both new and experienced users a simple to use, secure and trustworthy access to digital assets.

It only takes three steps to enjoy the advantages of UNIQUE Exchange:

• Go to UNIQUE Exchange and register your profile.
• After submitting all the required information, we will send an activation code to the email address you have submitted.
• Activate your account using that activation code.

You can now do crypto transactions up to a value of 9.000 € per month.

In order do higher transactions with crypto or Fiat currencies, please go to settings and complete the verification process by choosing to upgrade your profile as a client or as a company.

We ask our customers only for information that is necessary and mandatory in order to meet the future regulations for a D-A-CH Fintec startup.

Simply take the following steps:

• Go to UNIQUE Exchange and register your profile.
• After submitting all the required information, we will send an activation code to the email address you have submitted.

Please note that you cannot place any Fiat deposits or make any disbursements until you go to settings and complete the verification process by choosing to upgrade your profile as a client or as a company.

Deposits and disbursements of crypto currencies are processed by UNIQUE Exchange. Here you can find the crypto currencies that are available.

The time depends on the transaction times of the banks or blockchains. We will ensure that all transactions are processed without delay.

Yes, you can do transactions with FIAT currencies at any time to your account, or any other accounts that are connected by SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), using the UNIQUE Private Bank (Opening 01.01.2020).

As soon as you have the addresses necessary for the crypto currencies, you can do transactions (deposits/disbursements) with the crypto currencies that are listed. Please pay close attention to the correct address of your destination.

When you do a transaction, it will be registered in our system.

As soon as the system has received confirmation from our bank that a FIAT transaction has taken place, the transaction ist stored in UNIQUE Private Bank data base.

As soon as our Exchange has received confirmation of a crypto transaction, the transaction is stored in the respective blockchain.

That way all transactions are documented transparently and irreversibly.

International payments are possible if the account abroad is connected to SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) and the name of the acount holder and the name of the UNIQUE Exchange customer are identical.
